Room was clean and staff was amazingly helpful, specially housekeeping, they always made sure our needs were covered. Will definitely recommend to anyone wanting to relax in Mexico City.
This is a very nice hotel to stay in. I wasn't expecting the generous selection and variety of the breakfast or even the evening "snacks", which was basically a full meal WITH alcoholic beverages. The rooms were very clean and modern. We were on the 24th floor and there was not any long waits for elevators during the busy times. I would definitely stay here again.
Great place, very friendly staff. I will continue returning here when in CDMX. The only complaint is the air conditioning, especially on the west side rooms where it can’t keep up with the heat. But I love this hotel.
Hotel was in a very convenient location close to many attractions. A little noisy at night but that is to be expected for staying in a busy city

When we got there sheets and pillows has a funky smell, they change the pillows but the smell was still there.
I like the location and, that there's a Starbucks on property, staff is helpful and kind.
The rooms specially the bathrooms need some renovation, we had issues with the water spilling from the shower to the floor because of the design.
I enjoy my stay in Mexico City, had so much fun! can't wait to visit again, I don't know if I would do it at Fiesta Americana.
Great location in Mexico City for first-time visitors. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was also excellent, convenient for exploring Mexico City and visiting many of the city's attractions. Overall, the service, comfort, and location made our stay very enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Fiesta Americana Reforma to anyone visiting Mexico City. Five stars all the way.
Property old but clean and nice staff
Property needs some maintenance, the room coffee maker did not work, bathroom door, didn’t work, and bathroom bathtub was clung.
The location was good but not as I was spectated.

World class and very comfortable bed and bedding, as well as clean bed and bath linen.
Staff is kind and service oriented, but some require more training for example explaining to guests payment policies.
Bathroom is old and not funcional: for example, the hot water in the shower takes very long to run and it is difficult to get the right mix of hot and cold water, but worse, you have to step into the tub to turn the water on (no access to the faucet from outside the tub, and you get you all soaked (initially very cold) when water comes out of the shower, this is very frustrating . The front door lock gets sometimes stuck, and need more USB ports. Food is good.
Laundry is very good.
