"Pool wasn’t what i expected it "

"Room was too small, A/C went from normal to Freezing temperature regardless of what number we set it up. No way to keep at a cool comfortable temperature. Heat did not work at all. Meals are ok, however some need to be revised. I.e, my husband had an avocado toast once, bread was old and not toasted. "

"We did not try the breakfast as I am not a fan of buffet style food. The room was a bit chilly with the air but stuffy without. We got a second blanket and it was fine."

"I had a great stay at Fiesta Americana Reforma. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure everything was perfect. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, excellent service and a very pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again."

"Advertisement for pool and hot tub. None to be found. Also, coffee makers in rooms but have to go to restaurant and PURCHASE coffee for in-room coffee maker. Major disappointment. Room key kept not working. "

"The hotel is functional. Period. Not so many amenities, the location it's good however rooms are outdated and in less than acceptable condition. Bed is comfortable, staff is nice and friendly in majority. Rooms are loud meaning you WILL hear what's happening next door. Cheap but again, you get what you pay for. They definitely have awesome photographers because rooms don't look like in the pictures. They are smaller. "
