Great location! It was really close to a lot of places since it’s in the downtown area so it was really accessible to walk everywhere. The staff was also really nice and attentive.

Property was clean and beautiful. I believe customer service could be more attentive when guests enter on property because at times there was no one at the front desk. Overall, our needs were eventually met but the wait time to talk to someone can be improved.

I had a room with 2 beds, room was very spacious, bathrooms are clean, rooms are clean, beds are extremely firm but we still slept fine. Check-in process was easy. When first pulling up to the building we didn’t recognize it because of no outside sign however the floor mats do have the name of the hotel. The hotel is within walking distance to Chinatown, palace Bella’s, and 25 mins walking to the centro cathedral church

The location worked perfectly for us. The surrounding area looks a bit old and unusual from the outside, but the hotel itself was great. The A/C was just average, but overall we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely return. The only thing I didn’t like was that they charge for early check-in, but I understand it’s their policy, so I simply waited until the regular check-in time.

It is a very modern hotel and spacious. The decoration is very nice and everything seems new and functional. It is close to the Alameda Central but the street where it is located is not the best. The beds are very comfortable and the sheets are cotton and very soft. It is nice they include some Nespresso cups to prepare coffee. I would definitely stay there again!

The room was super spacious and comfortable. There was construction going on, but since I was mostly outside it didn’t really bother me. I always had the room made for me everyday and my room was always clean and refilled with new towels and toilet paper. The neighborhood was mostly locals but touristy spots were not far by car or evening walking distance!
