"Good central location, very short walk to the lake, shops and cafes. Easy 12 minute walk from train station. Apartment was very clean, tidy, well equipped and a comfortable bed. Easy access to apartment as was able to watch YouTube video. Only bad point is that there was no mention on website regarding the 57 steps to climb, especially when trying to carry 2 cases and being over 60. However would stay again"

"Check in staff were excellent, hotel is very clean. We were in level 3 and it was very noisy when the apartment next door came in very late. Not sound proofed but then again not much is in Italy. The restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast Highly recommend right in the Centre of the old town. Parking was offsite at 30 euro per day"

"Booked a superior lake view room. View was amazing and room was spacious and clean. Hotel is opposite lake with ferry just in front and buses just around the corner. Plenty of restaurants within meters of the hotel. Buffet breakfast was good but I expected better considering it's a medium size 4 star hotel. A few more hot options apart from just bacon and eggs would have been good. Overall a good place to stay. "
