"Fantastic, comfortable apartment in the heart of Como. Short walk from train station with bags and close to everything. Very comfortable bed with all the mod cons in the apartment, including washing machine. Only downside was the stairs, we didn’t find that a problem but others might. "It is hard to give any hotel a 10/10. Always something missing. But this hotel was probably the best you can find on this price range in Como. I had so luxueries stay. Can't complain. Absolutely worth my money. Thank you. "

"Nice big room in a central location. Marco is very friendly too. There was some confusion about check-out time which needs to be updated online. My booking said check-out time was noon, so we went out in the morning and came back to find the room had been unlocked, our possessions moved and staff turning down the room for the next guests. Apparently check out was at 10:30am, but this was never communicated to us. Marco and staff were nice about it though. "

They need to help guests arriving by car a little, my navi did nor recognise that many streets are pedestrian. Best approach is head to the cathedral, along the train tracks, and turn left by the cathedral. "
