"Stayed here in early September. Apartment is roomy with lots of bathrooms, clean, and freshly updated. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to town. There is an assigned parking space for you. You may see train tracks on a map, but the noise from the trains wasn't noticeable. there is a small café 2 minute walk, as well as a bus stop nearby. The host doesn't have you check in with a combination lockbox with key but checks you in personally. Only tip from me is the google maps had me arrive...

"The apartment was perfect for my daughter and I. It’s centrally located and walkable to everything in Como. Only a 12 minute walk to the central station. A good grocery store just down the street. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. The staff were very helpful and friendly. "

"Nice big room in a central location. Marco is very friendly too. There was some confusion about check-out time which needs to be updated online. My booking said check-out time was noon, so we went out in the morning and came back to find the room had been unlocked, our possessions moved and staff turning down the room for the next guests. Apparently check out was at 10:30am, but this was never communicated to us. Marco and staff were nice about it though. "
