Great location overlooking the water. Walkable and great city. Super easy to take ferries to other cities like Bellagio. The ferry is literally across the street. This was our favorite spot (hotel and location) of the Italy tour.

Great place to stay very central close to everything including train I did not give it a five star because the rooms are not sound proof you could hear everything including conversations and noise coming from the street. It can be annoying if you are trying to get a good nights sleep. Otherwise the property is a good one.

We were given a free upgrade to a suite which had 2 balconies, perfect for viewing the lake! Reception was very helpful in giving us information about the activities in Como, and the breakfast was great!
