"Great that coffee and tea and snacks are provided. But the air conditioner was barely working and when it’s 30+ degrees this is unpleasant. Definitely a higher score if this is fixed. Location is fine. We had a balcony looking into the restaurant which is super fun. But overall too hot to be enjoyable. "

"Hotel is in a great location, ten minutes walk from the main train station (San Giovani) and a few minutes walk to the lake. It is situated in the old town which is largely pedestrianised. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean and tidy. It is a little dated, but not run down or lacking maintenance. The breakfast is ok, limited choice continental but as expected for the price. "
