"The place was very nice and it has a great location. We arrived on a hot day and there were no air conditioners in the place (it's a fifth floor apartment). The property manager arranged for two portable air conditioners to be wheeled to our front door but we were responsible for installing them. "Staff allowed our whole family to relax in the spa since our room wasn’t ready. Only downside was that my daughter got bit by a poisonous spider and it caused her to not be able to walk with shoes. This happened at the villas, not the hotel bc it was just opening for the season and probably had a lot of bugs hiding out. They gave us champagne on arrival and staff was super kind to us. "
