"This is a basic three stars hotel. However it is excellent if you are not after luxury. This is not a resort, this is a stepping stone for explorations and travels around Lake Como. Staff is very welcoming and nice. The rooms are super basic, however they are clean, comfy and quiet. The hotel is of course an old building without much charm but again decent.
