The hotel was just across the road from a mall, Sapporo Factory, so meal times were easy to settle. Only issue was the lack of free parking. We had to park around the corner and walk to the hotel. My family really liked the room and the smell of the hotel can only be described as luxurious!"

Upon check-in, I was attended by a younger lady receptionist and when I asked her for a local electricity plug ( because I forgot to bring my own multi global plug), she tried to help but I saw she was told by an older lady receptionist that they do not provide that ( I cannot really hear what was the conversation between them but I coild see from that older lady receptionist facial expression, very unhelpful.
