6/10〜2泊しました。1泊目はエクスペディアより食事なし部屋のみ予約、2泊目は日本旅行より朝食付き禁煙シングルルーム予約。 このホテルを選んだ理由は以前1〜2年前に宿泊しましたが朝食バイキングがおいしかったからです。 宿泊前に1泊目と2泊目は旅行サイトが違いましたが連泊の為事前に考慮をお願いしたところツインルームで同じ部屋に2泊泊まれたのは凄く嬉しかったです。 しかもチェックイン後すぐにエスコンフィールドに交流戦ナイターに行くのでチェックイン開始15時になってないので荷物だけ預かって貰おうとしたところ清掃済みの為チェックイン出来るとの事でチェックインは出来て、部屋に荷物を置けて球場に行けたのは助かりました。 ただし、1点だけ！ 2連泊ですが1日目は素泊まりの為翌朝の朝食が付いてなかったのですが外に行くのが面倒の為、直接朝食会場に行って朝食代を部屋付け精算でしてもらおうとレストランの者に伝えるも無愛想に「部屋付けはしてない、フロント行って食券買って戻って来い」と横柄な態度で言われイラッとしました。 朝から色々計画立てて朝食開始時間に合わせて宿泊客で混む前に食べようとしていたのに、案の定食券買って戻ってきたら混んでたので(知らなかった私も悪いですが、)朝食会場にあんな従業員がいるようだったら、次回は仮に宿泊はしても朝食は食べる気がしないです。 ただしフロントの方はとても丁寧な態度で対応していただけたのでとても好感が持てました。 ありがとうございました。 大阪の某シティホテル宿泊部の元従業員でした。

　1週間程安いパックで男1人で滞在しました。 　スタッフは常に丁寧で良かったです。 　安いプランだったせいか自分が泊まった部屋の設備は少し古くなっている所が目立ち、壁も薄く隣の部屋の物音や廊下の音は結構聞こえていました。 　あとは開けるのにコツが必要な部屋の鍵。部屋に入ってベッドを見たら虫が枕にいた事、また下水の臭いは気になりました。 　タオルやベッドメイクは丁寧にきっちりやってあったので、施設自体の問題ですね。 　周辺にはコンビニやランドリー、飲食店も多かったので、札幌周辺観光の拠点として特に困る事はなかったです。

良い点 ・エレベータが東西それぞれに1機ずつあり受付の目から遠い ・出入り口が東西それぞれある ・コンビニが近い ・スタッフは丁寧寄り ・室内の鏡が大きい 悪い点 ・エレベータが1機ずつなので時間により待ちが発生 ・建物自体古い ・掃除が行き届いていない、特に水回り(潔癖症寄りの方は止めた方がいい) ・エコを理由に連泊でのタオル交換は有料
