"there was parking right next to the hotel, the hotel was close to many restaurants and local sights, the staff polite and very helpful,one piece of my luggage was accidently not put into my taxi buy the driver, it was found on the sidewalk back in Kyoto by a staff member.On reaching my new Htel in Sapporo, with their help and the help of my previous Hotel,i was able to be reunited with my luggage after only 4 days, Many thanx to Hotel Tokyu stay for your time and effort.10/10"

"My stay was very comfortable. The staff was nice and the ammenities are also great. The staff kept my frozen food until the day of my departure which was nice. The lobby looks really presentable and the dinner wasn't bad. Lots of different crabs available as well as ramen, shabu shabu, desserts and a lot more. For the cost of what I paid, it is definitely worth it. The room is a standard room and a bit old but it is clean and well maintained. It was just hot that night but I asked for a fan and they provided one which helped. Overall, a great hotel to stay in. Plus the Limousine Bus to the airport is literally across the hotel so that made it very convenient on my last day in Sapporo."

"This hotel was amazing, had a 3 night stay and it was awesome!!! Location is top notch, close to a ton of the main attractions and also public transport. The staff is very welcoming and helpful, the room had everything you need and more, truly can’t say enough good things about our stay, next time we visit Sapporo we will be staying here again!"

"Beautiful, new hotel with a very spacious bedroom. Great amenities. The only downside is that they don't allow tattooed persons to bathe in the Onsen. Still, would highly recommend."
