"Perfect stay. Can’t find any fault!!! Thanks very much"

"Very small room, which surprised us since our hotel in downtown Tokyo was much bigger - we expected the opposite. The laundry machines were essentially useless. Had to run 3 drying cycles and then take all our clothes to a laundromat 10min away to finish drying. Otherwise the hotel was fine."

"Everything was great! Looking forward to this property on my next visit to Japan."

"Clean and excellent staff"

"Location is perfect. And having a book store downstairs makes it even better. Will definitely come back here next time I'm in Sapporo again."

"In suite laundry was excellent, a must have!"

"The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. They took note of my request for late checkout and for our room to be on a higher floor. Room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. It's in a very good location above Susukino station and near a lot of the good restaurants. Downstairs there is a cinema, food court, and restaurants, drugstore, bakery and large supermarket. Highly recommend !"
