すすきのからも程よく離れておらず飲みに行きやすい。 客室は清潔感があってよかったです。 ただ、ホテルのBARが閉まっていたのと大浴場がない点が惜しい。

初日に対応して頂いたフロントの方は、非常に親切丁寧でしたが、翌日以降(駐車券処理など)の方々は、今ひとつというよりも、かなり残念な対応でした。16階担当の清掃員さんは、清掃が行き届いていたのは勿論ですが、廊下での挨拶などもとても良く、朝、気持ちよく出勤でしました。ヘアードライヤーがショートし火花が散ってブレーカーが落ちた際、フロントの方が来ましたが・・・凄く残念な対応でした。しかし、同行していた設備担当の方は、テキパキと対応して頂き、とても有り難かったです。
