"Room was clean, and staff were approachable. Although I didn’t opt for the breakfast, the location is very convenient with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Best of all, it is near the Sapporo station and many landmarks, so it made my stay in Sapporo very convenient. I also enjoyed their public bath - surprisingly, it wasn’t crowded whenever I came in on evenings after dinner."

"Very nice and clean hotel with wonderful staff and great amenities, including an onsen and convenience store next to the lobby. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing with a huge selection of offerings, many of which were locally sourced. Location is also close to the train station with the option to walk through an underground passageway to/from the station. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel is outdated in terms of deco. The dryer need to be replaced because after 90 min of the drying cycle, clothes are still wet. When you have a lot of guests waiting to use the washer/dryer and only 3 are available, having to dry clothes for over 1-1/2 hours and remains wet is very frustrating. Buffet breakfast have a good selection of foods."
