"少しかび臭い、水は掃除の際に補充され無料、その他アメニティはある程度充実している。ドライヤーは思っていたよりまともなものだった。部屋の中で蚊やゴキブリは普通に出るため注意。ベッドにダニがいて刺されたためダニ防止の何か持っていくと良い。私の部屋はコンセントが刺さりにくく、強く押せば入る所もあるが、場所による。衣類の洗濯は服の種類と重さで換算。チェックアウト時に支払う形になっている。スタッフの対応は良かった。"

"A great place to stay when visiting the Old Quarter! The staff is terrific; EVERYONE who works there is extremely friendly and helpful! Anna and Mia will help you book excursions and the rooms are clean, spacious and quiet. Easy walk into the heart of the Old Quarter, which is just steps away. We stayed 3 different nights in between trips out of town and it worked out great; they stored our bags and always made sure we made our connections to Sapa, Halong Bay and the airport without any problems. I highly recommend!"
