Apartment is large and comfortable, close to many attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet setting. Jane and her son Michael were wonderful hosts."

"This was an amazing property with a picturesque courtyard, in the absolute best location. We are a family of four and there was so much room for all of us and more. The separate lofts gave everyone their personal space. Excellent communication with the owner and property manager helped make this the perfect place to stay. A private boat dropped us off just steps away, which made it smooth in and out. The beauty of Venice awaits you!"

"Beautiful Venician decor. Service was very good, polite, and accommodating. The breakfast is very good and I always looked forward to it. Very beautiful terrace to sit out on (fully shaded by umbrellas) to enjoy the breakfast. Location was perfect for us. Can reach St. Mark's square in 8 minutes and Rialto bridge in 6 minutes, but hotel area is about a block outside the busy area which was very nice."

"The apartment was spacious and amazing with a lovely view of canal and square. The area was a little more out of the way so nice and quiet. Getting in with the Bluetooth key was a bit unsettling and didn’t work right away. We were constantly worried about it working because it took several seconds to open the door. The water pressure on main floor shower was poor but master bedroom was fine. Overall would come again"

"This property was very quaint and a good value. Staff was accommodating and kind. They did have an elevator that was unexpected and helpful!! Room spacious, but could use a fresh coat of paint and new less hard beds. Water pressure fair, hair dryer from the 1970's. Towels nice. Other than the paint needed the room was clean. Would stay again"

"This is a charming "bed and breakfast" experience. The family who runs it and the other staff are beyond incredible. We felt like family while we stayed there! We were taken care of from start to finish with incredible breakfasts, cappuccinos, recommendations and even private tours. This is the only spot I will stay next time I am in Venice!"
