Room spacious, but could use a fresh coat of paint and new less hard beds. Water pressure fair, hair dryer from the 1970's. Towels nice. Other than the paint needed the room was clean. Would stay again"

The breakfast buffet was extensive and compared favorably to American facilities."

"The staff were wonderful and provided very helpful information. The wifi was strong, but not available in our actual room (not an issue for us as we could use it in the common areas). Great location on a small not-too-much-traffic canal (we did see 1 gondola go by though!) near San Marco, but not so close as to be on the crowded pathways. Highly recommend!"
