"It doesn’t look like the “Hilton” but it is typical of most hotels in older cities. It is very clean, quite convenient (lots of restaurants, shoe repair and laundry near by), quiet and staff are extremely helpful. It has all the basics of what you need for a great stay in a huge city. The room is recently updated. English is no problem. Sharon at the front desk has gone the extra mile to arrange our shuttle to the cruise ship. I would stay again."

"Just returned from a 3 night stay at the Hotel Rialto and would definitely return. The hotel is traditional Venetian style and felt very authentic. It is a little faded in parts but this adds to its charm. If you are looking for a modern contemporary hotel it probably isn’t for you but if you like a more traditional style the value for money it offers for its location is fantastic. It is spotlessly clean with fresh towels and beds made up every day, the staff were all lovely and incredibly helpful. Breakfast is included and can be taken inside or outside. Just be aware that there is no bar in the hotel so you need to bring your own or pop to the bar next door and get your drinks if you want to go up to the Panoramic Terrace which has amazing views of the Grand Canal and the Rialto Bridge. I would also mention the hotel has a lot of interior stairs, we were on the 3rd floor with the lift only going to the first floor so if you have mobility issues request a room on a lower floor. Fabulous location with easy transport right outside to and from the airport. Thank you for a wonderful stay! ✨"
