"On arrival the staff were really helpful in a slightly stressful situation, as our travelling companions discovered a bag had been pick pocketed and passports had been taken. They offered us coffees and croissants, and then advice on where to find the police to report it. The hotel itself is lovely, very comfortable, clean and well situated for sightseeing in Venice. All staff have been attentive and helpful, would definitely recommend."

"This historical hotel is located in a central location near the train and boat stations. Yet it’s tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The staff is amazing and helpful. They were so kind to my child. The breakfast is amazing! The only recommendation I have is adding a shower curtain since it was awkward using the tub shower. "
