"The room was very comfortable and clean"

"Great"

"The hotel is in a Piazza which is cute and convenient with a grocery store and restaurants all around. A cute little courtyard welcomes you up the steps to the front desk. We stayed in the junior suite. The bathroom was a little narrow and the bed was not overly comfortable, but a nice room otherwise. Breakfast was included. Pastries, fruit and juices, coffee, cold cuts and cheese. The manager at the front desk was great."

"Very nice, clean space and comfortable. But we kept running out of hot water, as in one 15-minute shower and we would be out of hot water. We tried to turn up the heat on the tank to fix this, but then the air conditioning wouldn’t work. We found out from the front desk that the heat pump for the A/C also is used to power the hot water tank, so you can’t do both at the same time. "I truly enjoyed Palazzetto MyVenice. What particularly distinguished Palazzetto was its intimate, personal character. The food was excellent, and your reception staff could not have been kinder or more welcoming. It felt like a small luxury hotel in the best sense of the word—warm and personal rather than corporate. A true gem!"

"The hotel is right next to people mover station, so if you got off or about to board a cruise ship, this hotel is what you need. I realized it was a good choice after I saw crouds of travelers hauling their luggage across bridges and on narrow streets to hotels closer to city center."

"My shower was so small that I had to reposition myself in order to close the when I got in."

"La persona que nos recibió fue muy amable ! El departamento con el espacio perfecto y la ubicación , cerca de todo , muy contentas"
