I loved everything about this hotel. The room was quiet, cool, had wonderful blackout curtains and was steps away from the train station. It was such an oasis to come back to after long, hot days wandering around the beautiful streets of Venice.

Amazing stay in Venice! Staff was so great, check in was so easy, rooms were very clean. The only place we stayed in Italy that felt like the room was meticulously cleaned. Breakfast was very good as well. So close to the train station/bus station but still feels like you're secluded from the hustle and bustle. Can't wait to come back one day! Truly deserves 5 stars, especially for the price point.

The hotel is in a great spot. Near the train station, the bus/tram station and a vaporetto stop. Very quiet, down a small street with a nice restaurant next door. Staff very helpful with any questions and leaving luggage. Breakfast room is small but the buffet has a bit of everything. Our room was very nice, the AC was great with the heat. The lift wasn't working on day one but it was fixed the next day. I would stay here again and recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Atmosphere in Venice. The location was excellent and made it very easy to explore the city, while also being convenient to the train station and transportation. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we had a question. Our room was comfortable, the air conditioning worked great, and everything felt fresh and well cared for. We especially appreciated having such a nice, relaxing place to come back to after spending the day exploring Venice. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend Hotel Atmosphere to anyone visiting Venice!

Clean property with well decorated rooms. Breakfast was abundant but staff were not engaging in the dining space. Check in staff were great and very helpful. There were no cups in the room but that was minor. The big problem was that we were in a room for three and there was only one tiny hook to hang one towel on so you had to fling your other towels way up over the shower door, no bars or anything.

Staff was great. We had to be moved since we originally did not get the room we reserved. The room was tiny. You could just walk around the beds. The shower was tiny, barely able to turn around. The website said it it had an elevator, it did not. Renovation was underway way that left an adhesive smell in the air. Location near the rail terminal was convenient with great restaurants and shopping near by.

The stay at the hotel itself was great the staff was so nice and helpful. The breakfast however was a bit basic as we had to go to the hotel across the street due to renovations. But overall it was great location wise it’s amazing.

Train was way late getting to Milan therefore we had to stay in milan and could not get to Venice to atmosphere. I tried to call all day the day of article to let property know but no one would answer . Called multiple times. When I finally got in touch with someone the next day he said “if you would have called me yesterday “ . Well I tried. A very expensive room wasted, plus had to get a room in Milan . Very disappointed that the property would not answer the phone . Then Expedia tried to get in touch with them the night before as well with no luck. I’d like my money back please !

私が予約した際には口コミが少なく不安だったのですが、実際にホテルに到着するととても新しい内装で改装したてなのかなと感じました。 立地はベネチアサンタルチア駅からすぐで、駅の階段をひとつ降りれば、あとは平坦な道でホテルまで行くことができます。大きなスーツケースを持った私たちにとって、とても助かりました。 また、宿泊代に朝食ブッフェが含まれており、パン、ハム、スクランブルエッグ、ヨーグルトなど、朝食には十分なメニューでした。 周りにレストランは多いのですが、リアルト橋までは徒歩20分ほどかかりました。ただ、ベネチアの風景を楽しみながら歩けば、それほど気になりません。
