The staff weren’t rude but they weren’t friendly. Some staff were nice like the gentleman at the buffet who greeted us in the morning and asked how we enjoyed our food. We stayed for three nights and there were several times where we’d enter the hotel and the guy at the front desk would say nothing. Our shower wasn’t draining properly and we asked them to fix it. They didn’t so we recorded a video to show them and on our last night they fixed it with a meager, “sorry”.
On the bright side, the room is clean, location is great, and the buffet was lovely. We also left two things in the hotel and when we returned, they kindly went to our room to retrieve the items.
