"Property is perfect for staying in Venice and enjoying the sights and sounds. Every morning a gondolier passed by the apartment singing to his customers, perfect way to start the day. Apartment is large and comfortable, close to many attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet setting. Jane and her son Michael were wonderful hosts."

"This property was very quaint and a good value. Staff was accommodating and kind. They did have an elevator that was unexpected and helpful!! Room spacious, but could use a fresh coat of paint and new less hard beds. Water pressure fair, hair dryer from the 1970's. Towels nice. Other than the paint needed the room was clean. Would stay again"

The Shower took a little to figure out but once we did it was fine Staff we helpful. perfect place location wise we suggest not getting a room on the ground floor"
