"Spent a great five days at Hotel Ai Cavalieri. As a wheelchair user I was able to access all of the hotel and, when more space was required, staff happily moved a table or luggage rack. A special mention needs to be given to Sam, a wealth of knowledge and so helpful; and Alex and Owen who supported us to get to the airport when a river taxi could not take us - both of whom are considerate and supportive. Additionally, the waiting staff at breakfast were professional and friendly; making sure the patrons’ breakfast needs were met.
