Farmhouse in the heart of the real chiantishire
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (126)
"This charming farmhouse made our stay in the Tuscan region perfect. While we never met the host, they were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. The farm and area is beautiful! We rented a car and did day trips to Montepulciano, Siena, Volterra, Lucca and Cinque Terre. The house is also convenient to the local town. We found excellent restaurants and also bought groceries at the Coop. Would highly recommend staying here if planning a trip to this region of Italy."

"This small hotel was lovely. The location is remote, but it’s a perfect base for traveling all around this part of Tuscany. The breakfast was wonderful -well worth the extra charge. "We stayed in one of the larger rooms that had a beautiful view out to the entrance road and out to the hills. Love the old world charm of the room and the property. It used to be a small village originally. Bed was comfortable. Shower was a claw foot tub with curtain. Only minor issue is we could hear guests outside in the courtyard when they were coming and going from the property when our window was open. This is only noticeable because of how quiet it is out in Tuscany. Easy access out...

"We fell in love with this B&B the moment we arrived! It sits on top a hill, in the middle of vineyards with beauty abounding! The old farmhouse was renovated into quaint, comfortable rooms. The manager helped with map and directions to various towns to visit. We ate dinner there twice and the meal was wonderful. The included breakfast was served on the terrace facing the plush hillside. It included a variety of unique Tuscan specialties. We had a bottle of delicious local wine nightly in our...
