"Awesome location. Surprise 56 stairs to our room. Sweetest owner came out and assisted with our bags. Only steps from all the great shops and train station."

"A true gem in Florence with wonderful hospitality Hotel Settefiori was an absolute highlight of our trip. It is a family-run property, and their passion shines through in every single detail, from the tasteful room decor to the warm, welcoming atmosphere. Upon arrival, we were given a complete personal tour: the host showed us around, pointed out all the amenities, and clearly explained how everything worked, including the air conditioning. "Amazing property and staff!!"

"It gave a old school elegant feel. The rooms was very spacious and the staff was friendly and informative."

"Fantastic hotel right in the heart of all to do in Florence. Make sure to ask the concierge to help you with reservations at Buca Mario. Incredible food and service. Ciao!"

"Centrally located, high quality furnishings and bathrooms. Only thing is we would have liked to have one large bottle of complimentary water rather than having to refill ourselves. Breakfast was great and the lady who runs it kind and helpful. Enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend or stay again."

"Hotel was walkable to the major attractions and close to the train station. Quality of service was top notch, very profession and efficient. Room was clean and housekeeping was great . Complimentary breakfast was excellent."

Das Hotel und auch die Zimmer weichen enorm von den Bildern und Beschreibungen ab. Das scheint, als wäre hier die KI im Spiel gewesen. Das Zimmer war dreckig, die Lüftung staubig, alles...

"Upon arriving at the hotel, the folks at check in were so curtious and kind! The entrance was difficult to find since the address on Expedia doesn’t line up with the actual building number. Our room was expected, but I think it bothered me the mold under the edge of the under mounted tub, as long with the shower head cap that was completely loose from the wall. And the bathroom fan either was broke or not there, so the bathroom had a bit of a moisture smell that was a bit off. The laundry...

"The only positive feature of this booking was the location."
