"The room was spacious, there was no 24/7 reception so the staff asked about our check-in timings and waited for our arrival to give us administrative instructions. The accommodation was on the 2nd floor of a building with a small elevator for us to bring our luggages up. It was located in a fantastic part of Florence with many shops and eateries around which were open till night. The shower head shared the same space as the toilet bowl so that needed some getting used to."

"Staying here put us right in the heart of Florence, on the Main Street connected to the major tourist attractions and high end shopping outlets, so it was quite loud, but it was an extremely nice room. "

"The property was very unique in its style. The staff were very friendly and gave us a map and information about places to eat. There was a kettle and a selection of teas and coffee which was a bonus. The only thing that I would criticise is the pillows. The pillow was extremely hard and I had to replace it with the towels because I could not sleep."

"Very convenient to the central tourist area. Easily walkable to most things. Room was small as we didn't use the small loft. Shower was very small and the door did not work very well. Check-in is at the Hotel Venito, which is a short walk away. That hotel is easier to find than where you will actually stay. Overall, fine for our purposes. "

"Ho soggiornato nella Suite monolocale Exclusive Brunello, per una notte con mio marito. Camera molto carina e spaziosa, è un monolocale con piccolo angolo cucina, divano, terrazzo e bagno con doccia. Locale pulito e accogliente . Posizione centrale ottima! Personale gentile , ci hanno offerto parcheggio a prezzo conveniente adiacente al locale . Per entrare in Ztl hanno comunicato loro ns dati al comune per permetterci di passare e ci hanno spiegato da dove entrare e come fare....

"The building is over 600 years old but you wouldn’t know it judging by the rooms. There is also a very nice terrace for sun tanning we used that was very private. The view of the Duomo from the room can’t be beat either."

"This is a pretty good place to stay at. It’s all on one floor but keep in mind it’s up two flights of stairs. On the site it does say that there is no elevator but it doesn’t state clearly that it’s on the second floor. The bathroom was super clean however the floors could use some work there was lots of dirt no carpet. Would stay again if I bring someone to take my suit case up the stairs. The owner was very nice and checks on you throughout your stay. "

"Terrible experience. Worse hotel I have EVER stayed in and the lack of management and customer service was ridiculous. The television did not work. The breakfast (or lack of) is insane. Need to remove this hotel off your list or you are dealing with a definite future liability. "

"Spacious, comfortable hotel in an unbeatable location (3 Piazza della Signoria)! The common sitting/dining area and large rooms feel very Florentine. Staff speaks limited English but are very friendly and helpful. Just keep an eye on the slightly convoluted check-in procedures (don't ignore your emails the day of arrival). "

"Great location, in the city center, walking distance to most of the attractions, 15-20 minutes to the train station. Very clean room, comfortable beds. Checking out early was possible and easy. Online self-checkin could be troublesome. The video instructions on how to get into the room should be updated as the black box on the wall has been changed to a white box. But Stefanie was very patient and helpful. She responded to any of our questions timely. Thanks!"

"Location was EXCELLENT in the since of being able to easily walk to many attractions and meet-up spots for tours. There was a lot of noise from the street with our particular room, but I feel that comes from being in a busy area. Very clean, even having to share a bathroom with others. Check in is a little confusing. Initially, finding it is challenging. A good way to remember is it is across and down from the Korean restaurant. Breakfast has some frustrations. Lovely pastries and coffee, but...
