"The room was great! The place was very homey and clean. Angela was also amazing, however the tv wasn’t working, We were not told we needed to ask for hot water so we endured a cold shower at night but then asked Angela the next day and it was heated but only slightly warm. The highlight was the private jacuzzi! In spite of the two not so great things this was a very memorable stay and kind of perfect."

"Request a room upstairs, request a room upstairs, request a room upstairs. Despite an amazing location, remodeled rooms and amazing stay, my only complaint is how thin the walls are. We go to bed fairly early but people upstairs stayed up and walked around and played music until 2am. It’s not their fault but I would request the room upstairs if I planned to stay again “also request a fan because it’s wayyyy too quiet and you hear everything!!!! But again, it’s a beautiful location, beautiful rooms and for the price, I’d book again"

"We always stay at the Lagonita, its right on the lake, which is great. The full kitchens are very convenient. Fireplace in each unit. Not far from the village. Very quiet and peaceful. They have activities, you can rent boats and they have a boat tour of the lake you can take. The parking situation is good. The staff are always helpful. Only drawback is no air conditioning, but they give you a fan lol. Its never bothered us, better to breath in the fresh mountain air."

"Amazing house, beautiful setting, house was thoroughly equipped with everything we needed. Our only issue, which we knew might be a problem, was at the bedrooms were very hot during the day and at night. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time."

"Our family of 17 truly enjoyed our stay at these two cabins. While others properties can accommodate this number our challenge was number of bedrooms. My grandchildren are mostly grown and have partners so the two houses providing enough bedrooms were so appreciated. The two properties were in excellent condition - so much beautiful wood inside and out (that's a lot to maintain!). And just a quick walk between the two. I loved that with a bit of squeezing we could all sit together at the dining table in the main house. Great to have a high chair provided. The kitchen is a great size with a great stove. Loved the ice maker! Extra frig in the garage was a big plus when feeding this many. Nice towels, even beach towels. There was a two drawer dishwasher which we found a bit challenging so we washed some by hand and used the paper plates we brought. Brought napkins and tissue. Great washer and dryer. Lots of great seating on the deck. Sand in the yard for our two littles to play in. There was a narrow beach for us to sit and get our toes wet and some of us waded in - its a little mossy. We did need to bring our own beach chairs. We wanted to rent kayaks but the marina would not let us transport in our truck. Learned they would deliver with 24 hour notice, All the beds were pretty comfy except in the double room. Good pillows. We will hopefully return next year! Thank you"
