Clean, organized room with perfect location inside the Village in Big Bear. The room was warm with the gas fire going while we checked in. Smooth process to check-in remotely. Staff is helpful, reliable, and easy to reach. Comfortable bed and pillows! Very very spacious room; full kitchen, dining table. Comfortable couch and large front room even with the spa there (didn’t use). Parking easy to find with directions from staff that were texted before check-in.

We love this place! You will not find a better location. Just walk right out onto pine street where all the restaurants and shops are. The units themselves are modest and dated but you’ll have everything you need. The king bed was so comfortable and my kids love the bunk beds. It’s not the Ritz but it’s our favorite place to stay in Big Bear for the easiest trip ever!

Loved being so close to everything. It would have been nice to have complimentary sealed packs of coffee vs a used open container of coffee. Didn't feel comfortable making a pot of coffee with that. Other then that we had everything we needed in the kitchen. Everything was very clean and welcoming. They had pleasant music playing in the tv and we had it playing the whole time.
