"Young man at the desk was polite and responded quickly to my concerns but the facility was disappointing. The lobby was dark and cluttered, there were housekeeping supplies stacked on the landing outside the room, the bathroom fixtures were dirty, safe didn’t work and wasn’t bolted down, A/C was broken, condoms were provided but coffee or tea to have make with the kettle was not. Neighborhood is not very active after dark either, not much to eat or drink. It’s a dive, honestly."
