The building is located in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood, not far from all the cafes, shops, barbers, restaurants, massage parlors, monuments, tourist attractions. You name it. The room itself was top notch. Very clean, nicely furnished and equipped with everything you would need for a short or long stay. The big Samsung smart tv was great too. "This place was quiet at night, which, for Vietnam, is a big deal. It was close enough to the old quarter to be walkable, but far enough that you aren’t woken up by honking taxis or other street noise in the middle of the night (though it starts promptly at 7AM!)
