"Great experience from check-in to check-out. Staff was very friendly and accommodated every request. Plenty of dining options and food was well prepared. Access to the other RIU properties was a bonus. Only downside was excessive amounts of seaweed in the ocean. This was obviously no one's fault but made the beach at the hotel unusable if you wanted to swim in the ocean. Really only a minor inconvenience. Would highly recommend and should we have the chance to travel to Cancun again this property would be at the top of our list."
