"Great staff, clean rooms, cozy atmosphere. All we needed during our stay. No great luxury, but we didn‘t expect any. What we didn‘t like was the neighboring parking lot with several car alarms during the night. Therefore, earplugs recommended. "

"Great location! No major issues. Only critic I have is we were offered to update, I selected one and asked about it upon check in. The lady checking us in basically said that you won’t ever get the upgrades when they sent them. Just wondering why you would offer an upgrade if you never truly honor them. Also, don’t get hyped by the Balmain toiletries , they clearly refill the bottles with off brand soap, lotion etc. "

"Everything about the hotel is amazing I liked it so much and enjoyed staying there the only issue that they don’t tell you is that they charge u extra once u get there and tell you they will refund it to you and they don’t "

"This was our first time in Chicago and when I say me and my cousin had a wonderful trip it all started on the first guy we meet. He checked us in and was able to upgrade or room for our Anniversary ! The room was amazing , very spacious and beautiful views . Even for the balconies was closed it was still everything we expected and more . The staff is so nice and greets you ever time they see you. Anytime I needed anything within 2 mins there was there with it . This is The BEST HOTEL I EVER STAYED IN. "

"The Staff was Absolutely Amazing Christina & Fernando as well as the entire front desk staff. Though the property is dated an in severe need of update, all and all a great stay! I intend to put visiting guests there!"
