"Close to base was the best thing! The house was very clean but needed some maintenance and attention. There was a place above the kitchen window that looked like it had mold, a bundle of wire sticking out the wall by the entrance, the upstairs shower had black around the bottom of it and the shower head was a pain to figure out. The HVAC system needs some attention as three of the four bedrooms stayed cold even though we cranked the heat up. The furniture in the living room needs some updating. "

"We use VRBO a lot, and this was truly the first time we’ve had a host who cared this much and genuinely checked in on us throughout our stay. The hosts were absolutely wonderful—warm, thoughtful, and incredibly responsive. Anytime we reached out, they replied almost immediately and were more than accommodating. The home itself was beautiful, comfortable, and exactly as described, making our stay even more enjoyable. It’s also perfect for families attending Navy Graduation, with a great location and a welcoming, stress-free atmosphere. This experience set a new standard for us, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place where both the home and the hosts go above and beyond!"

"We were never able to check in. We arrived at the motel at 6:30pm. No one was available to check us in. There was a sign posted outside the office saying that check in was only from 3 to 4pm. We lost the money we had paid for the room, and had to find another hotel to stay in. A drug addict who was staying in one of the rooms was wandering around in the parking lot. He scared my wife."

"This property was perfect for our visit for navy graduation. It was central to everything and the perfect place to relax. It was close to the metra station, which was a great option to travel to graduation and not have to deal with traffic. The property was exactly as listed."
