"Never got checked in they lost and never refunded our pre paid booking some two days fighting over the principal of the non stay be chase they never even checked us in. Worst costumer service not with the hassle for the small amount of value. You get what you pay for and we paid and still got nothing!"

"My room had long black hairs on the towels and hair balled up in between the bed and the nightstand. The door leading to the parking lot was broken and not secured. I was told that they come around and lock the door at 11pm to secure the hotel but I do not see how that was possible as the handle on the door is what was broken. Second morning there, I was woke up at 745am by the lawn mower and weed eater right under my window. The morning of checkout, they were apparently working on the rooms and had boxes and equipment all down the hallway, as well as drilling and hammering. The mess in the hallway made it difficult to get down the hallway with luggage. Not a pleasant experience. "

"This is my go-to close to the airport and reasonably priced. Always clean and great staff. Breakfast is early, and is basically continental. If you prefer a variety order DoorDash or bring snacks. The price offsets the option to have the extra amenities. "
