Very noisy wedding guests late night on Saturday constantly knocking on each other’s doors opposite and next to my room. Would have been nice to have been put in a room not surrounded by wedding guests. Treatments in the spa was excellent, the highlight of my stay."

"We stayed at The Lensbury before heading into central London. It was a beautiful, quiet resort. The grounds were like a fairytale. It is a fabulous location for visits to Richmond and bushy park.
