"This was perfect for three sailing buddies just returned from Croatia late at night who needed a simple overnight stop somewhere just 10 mins from the Gatwick North Terminal. The triple bed room, although compact, was very clean, comfortable and adequate. Cooked brekkie was very good. And all at a very low cost for accommodation and brekkie! Staff were very pkeasant. Highly recommended!!!"

"This overall was one of the best experiences I have had. Owner went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Even charged my cell phone for me when my phone died due to bringing wrong converter. Staff was also warm, inviting and most welcoming. Food was unbelievable!!! Definitely will be back. "

"We had the most incredible experience at trading boundaries! By far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Me and my partner have agreed we will be making a bimonthly visit as we had such a good time. I seriously can’t recommend this place enough! It’s worth every penny. The room was absolutely stunning, breakfast was lovely and the surroundings were beautiful. Big thank you to all the staff, they really made such a wonderful impression and made us feel so welcome. "

"I was unable to enter this property even though I followed instructions stated that they will contact me with check in details on the day. I waited outside for over an hour. Leaving numerous messages with no luck. I contacted virtual assistant on hotels.com who also was unable to get any response from the hosts. "Did not receive the key code. Tried to call (says 24 hours in advance!?) but no reply. Funny that, could still book the rooms in the same area with them at 8pm on the same night! How does that work? Had to drive home 2 hours in the rain, tired, and cancel my plans with my son for the next day. Won't be using Expedia again. My son aslo said the room had 1 star, stock photos and mould! "
