Was fairly cheap compared to nearby hotels with a pub next door and a petrol station/shop nearby. It's an ex-premier inn and was comfortable enough. The bathroom was a bit on the grotty side. The grab and go breakfast was a shambles. I ordered it to the room on Monday for 0730 and it came at 0715, Wednesday it was ordered for 0720 and it came at 0650 and the coffee was a mocha instead of what I asked for, each time I was woken up before my alarm, not happy at all. This morning it came on time, but I ordered a bacon bap, yogurt and coffee but got a sweetcorn and pea sausage vegetarian sandwich, a cereal bar and a coffee. How hard is it to read from an order sheet? I ended up going to work hungry. I won't stay here again.

The weather was scorching and so I requested a ground floor room as there isn’t air conditioning. My room was wonderfully cool and there was a fan in any case. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The free parking is always a bonus. I will be back next year.

After booking this Hotel and Deluxe room from the images provided, sadly the reality of the room was so much different. This Hotel is tired and full of stains in the rooms. Carpet dirty , seats stained, bathroom horrible, only good thing, bed was comfy and thank god the sheets were clean. Ventilation poor as just had a sky window which barely opened. Fan just blew round hot air! Avoid this Hotel!

Staff member Hava, who was on reception when my daughter and I arrived was very warm and welcoming and made a lasting impression on my daughter. We only stayed one night but the room was clean and had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble for Hava and the gentleman on reception in the morning who brought us complimentary hot sandwiches at breakfast. This is a fantastic budget hotel made extra special by the staff.

Great stay

Always try to stay here if working in the area, good prices and brilliant reception lady. Usually decent amount of parking. Pub next door serving food but you need to check last food order times, if not there’s a garage adjacent with some food available.
