The building is beautiful and very well maintained, rooms very spacious, comfortable and everything works as it should. Excellent rates, a winner all round. "We’re so glad we decided to stay here instead of some chain hotel! It had so much character & charm. Our room was large & very comfortable. The bathroom was also large & beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. The grounds could use a little TLC (my husband was a landscaper 😉) but they were beautiful nonetheless. There was a wonderful Pub within walking distance where the food & atmosphere was wonderful! Perfect ending to our European vacation. Thank you 😊"

"Overall it was a good stay. The only issue I had was that you have to pay an overnight car parking fee and this wasn’t disclosed on Expedia. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly too."
