"Old style boozer with rooms above in a bit of a ram-shackle state. Very basic and in a state of disrepair in parts. Bathroom door only on by one hinge, bathroom with bare plaster board and lots of tools and cleaners trolleys in the hallways and a strange diy metal fire escape. Was unable to re enter the hotel to get something we forgot when we left early one morning. Despite this it was a cheap and cheerful place to stay. "

"Clean and comfortable. Efficiency booked into hotel. We used the pool, which was a little grunby around the rim. Only slight niggle would be paying to park for the night £8. Hotel is in a pleasant area with a marina and parkland around it."
"I thoroughly enjoyed my week long stay. The room, the staff, the food were all what I expect when staying at a new hotel. Friendly staff, great choice of food (breakfast and dinner). My room was comfortable and was very grateful to the air conditioning since it was so hot that whole week. I needed an extra night at short notice and they not only were able to accommodate but were also able to keep me in the same room. Plenty of room in their car park too. I’d happily stay here again. "
"The location is superb for trips into Hampton Court, the Queens Promenade or just crossing the bridge to explore Kingston. While the parking is on a First Come First Served basis, it was surprisingly spacious and secure. Staff were friendly and quick to assist the whole time we visited."
