"By the time I got to my room , around 7:40 pm , I didn’t receive the email with the password for my room so I went to the front desk for help , the guy he wasn’t a front desk agent he was a security guy who barely knew what he was doing , not his fault though , but I couldn’t get to my room till 8:30 ish which is not possible as check in time is before that , door should have been accesible since check in time not after that . "

"Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. When we arrived we saw that the hotel was between two bars/restaurants so we were afraid it might be noisy, but it was very quiet. A substantial breakfast was prepared by a very accommodating cook in a lovely roof garden. We were very pleased with our stay. "

"Casa cleo is one of the most exceptional places I’ve ever stayed—and I almost always stay in 4-5 star places. The staff is very attentive, the apartment (yes, its not just a room) was beautiful and inspiring, and the location in Condesa perfect for walking to restaurants and bars. The tiny but mighty kitchen is well-equiped, the shower has great pressure and lasting hot water, and the rooms even have two TVs (one in the living room and one in the bedroom). The free breakfast is small but great...

"Clean and friendly. Good value. However room lighting is very dim and there is no air conditioning. Bright outdoor lighting makes it hard to leave window open as you need to pull down shades. Staff is excellent and complimentary breakfast was good although the exact same everyday. "

Las suites son súper cómodas, su decoración y los detalles son cuidados al máximo, incluso las texturas de telas, cojines y accesorios, se agradece el café y las aguas de cortesía. "Incredible location, walking distance to great amenities. Tidy flat, complete with kitchen and all finished to a good standard. The negatives are that there is a central outdoor area, which travels up to above flats, there was a large gathering upstairs, with people screaming and shouting late into the night. The door to the outdoor space also did not lock, the bed was very soft and I sank when I slept. There is also no bedroom door to keep out noise and light. "

"Limpieza no muy buena en el closet dejaron el empaque y recibo de las sabanas que compraron para la cama. Mucho cabello en el piso aunque es duela recomiendo usar aspiradora para que se recoja los cabellos. Este en pleno eje y las ventanas dan a ala calle y no cancelan mucho el ruido y es muy difícil dormir en la habitación principal, tuve que usar la segunda habitación para dormir. La primer noche hubo una fiesta en departamento de a lado y todo se escuchaba la música los gritos. Por fortuna...
