"The hotel was amazing an so was the front desk. The only issue I had was that I paid for late check out because we had a very long day but the next day someone wakes us up and we're told we had to leave since check out was at 11:30 when I had extended check out to 1:30pm."
"We had a fantastic stay at AR218 in Mexico City! We booked the Presidential Terrace Suite, which was beautiful, spotless, and had the most charming outdoor space — perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The room itself was clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed.
The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. The hotel is also in a great location — within walking distance of adorable cafes, great restaurants, and even a cute wine shop. Highly recommend this place if you're visiting CDMX and looking for a cozy, well-located stay with top-notch service!"

Room was very nice and bathroom was large. A/C worked great when it was hot, and we were also able to open windows when it was cooler.
