"Our stay was amazing at Uliv Condesa! The location is absolutely perfect, walking distance from tons of coffee shops, stores, parks and restaurants. Literally the best location ever. Rooms were great, clean and spacious, nice bedding and comfortable even without AC. Rooftop was great and free on site laundry was perfect. Friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay, we will 100% be back next time in CDMX. We loved the birthday surprise when we arrived as well!"

The only issues we had was you could hear a lot from your room and we put the do not disturb sign up but we came in twice to the housekeeping staff cleaning our room anyway. Cute outdoor patio space. No extras in the room amenities in the room but there was a large fridge and small stovetop."

"We had a great stay at AR218 and would definitely recommend it, especially for the location. Condesa is an amazing neighborhood—beautiful, walkable, and full of great restaurants and coffee shops. There are some truly excellent coffee spots just a few minutes away; we especially loved Nils and Cardinal. Our room was very quiet and comfortable. The mattress was good, the shower had great water pressure, and we appreciated that bottled water was provided for making coffee and brushing our teeth. One thing to be aware of is that the property has open-air hallways, and it looked like some rooms face directly onto those corridors. I could imagine those rooms being a little noisier if other guests are talking in the hallway, but this wasn’t an issue at all with our room (38). The property is also locked in the evening (around 9 PM), and you need to buzz in afterward. We actually appreciated this—it felt like a good additional safety measure. Overall, a comfortable stay in a fantastic location, and we’d happily stay here again."
