"I really wanted to leave a five star review for this hotel because it’s modern, clean, and safe. However, there were a few things that made me downgrade my review. The positive; rooms are spacious and modern, the city view from my room was amazing, area is green and walkable with plenty of places to eat, building is clean and wheelchair/stroller accessible. The negatives; there was no hot water for all seven days of my stay, no A/C only some small fans so the heat and humidity was unbearable at...

Tenia detalles en el techo se ve que tiene muchas filtraciones en la sala y se ve que tenia reparaciones a medias por que el agua se seguia filtando y tirando parte del plafon. "We stayed at Casa Amsterdam for our winter family vacation. It's great - enough space for 3-4 people, 2 bathrooms, clean, convenient, well equipped... And it's the best location in CDMX I can think of. The property is run by Kukun, this makes communications a bit more complicated - you may get some confusing automatic reminders from them. But they are responsive and accommodating - they held our bags for a few hours after our checkout and before our flight. Highly recommended!"
