"My stay at this hotel was pleasant! It is close to local attractions—whether walking or driving—and the hotel itself was very clean and safe. The reason for the 4-star rating is that the internet is completely useless!"

"Overall the property was fine, but had its issues. The guest room doors open to the lobby and even from the third floor noise from the lobby is very loud in the rooms. There was a ceiling fan, but the room was very humid and warm. The doors to the toilet room and shower were only frosted glass which left very little privacy if there is more than one occupant. We went to the included breakfast, were served a fruit bowl and coffee, but were then ignored to the point where we didn't order food and just left. The best thing about this place is the neighborhood. It was very walkable and seemed very safe. Definitely try the tacos around the corner at Tacos Los Juanes. "

"This hotel is excellently located in a modern part of the city, within walking distance to the old town and to the metro. Bus line 7 across the street will easily take you to Chapultepec Castle and to the Anthropology Museum. We felt totally safe walking to the Angel of Independence Monument where people gather in the evenings. Also, this hotel is the pick-up point for most organized tours. Our room was large and totally functional. We took the breakfast option and were pleasantly surprised to find out that it also came with a snack service in the evenings. The food was amazing in both cases, our congratulations to the chef! On our last day, the hotel provided a taxi to the airport at a fixed rate of 400 pesos. We had a wonderful stay in Mexico City and highly recommend this hotel to future travelers."
