"This hotel unfortunately had a bug issue, I checked out early and the staff was not willing to offer any resolution. Surprised that ratings were so wrong"

The staff was incredibly friendly,...

"Our favorite hotel in NYC."

"Staff was great. Plenty of food at breakfast. They have water in the lobby. They have laundry facilities! Room could use some updating and could have been cleaner."
