"The breakfast buffet was nice. No hot tub that I could find. No smart TV in my room. Pillows were squishy. Room was very clean and bed was comfy. The kitchenette was welcomed. Room was very cold and temperature controlled. Lots of eating and drinking options in the area. Within walking distance of many scenic areas "

"Carpets in rooms seen better days. Back in the 80’s. Soap dispensers are a pain. lol. Constantly have to keep pulling up the tube where soap comes out. Annoying. Best staff I’ve ever come across in a hotel. Shout out to Gillian. "

"The building and the staff were very nice. The room was good, but there were two issues about the room. The first was the wetness on the rug where the air conditioner was at, and the washroom sink taps were leaking from the knobs at times."

"Stay here every time we visit,stay in the modern updated rooms,like living in a 1 bedroom condo for a few days. Walking distance to BYWARD MARKET,RIDEAU SHOPPING CENTRE,PARLIAMENT BUILDINGS.Taxi always available outside hotel or direct phone line to them. There is a mission and youth mission close by but do not feel unsafe,lots of police presence.Lots of restaurants nearby. Parking is underground and reasonable at 33.00 plus tax a night. Secure entrance to hotel and parking lot using key to room."
