"The team was incredibly kind and left special surprises for my friend for her birthday which was very appreciated. We had an issue with plumbing in our first room which was efficiently dealt with and we were moved rooms without a fuss. Beautiful setting, convenient to walk around downtown. Breakfast at cocotte was delicious. Would definitely stay here again. "

"This property is clean, check in was quick and easy. The parking was onsite, walking distance from many shops, markets, and parliament hill. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, young family with 2 younger kids ages 6-9, they too liked the hotel and pool. Only feedback, pool area could be better lighting, as very dim. "

"The updated "MODERN" suites are nice. The pool was, of course, as always, whenever you want a place to have the pool open, they never do... closed."
