"Stayed here for one night. Was happy with the size and cleanliness of room. Comfortable beds. Cute little kitchenette if you intended on cooking. Continental breakfast was great, even little snack bags packed for people to take fir the day. Had a water, granola bar and a few cookies. Location was great, not far from the university of Ottawa. Lots of restaurants and shops near by. We had dinner at the Tavern across the street, very convenient."

"I had such a good time in Ottawa and this place was perfect!"

"Nice little hotel , clean rooms, a bit old style , good location to attarctions etc, howevevr shame about all the homeless, and drug intoxicated people around area in Ottawa in general"

"Clean rooms super helpful staff and very well located"

"Hôtel-résidence très agréable, les chambres sont grandes, avec cuisinette, divan et poste de travail. Tout est très propre. La seule amélioration à apporter: la qualité des aliments offerts au déjeuner le matin. Cela aurait été agréable d'avoir des options santé de qualité."

"great"

"I had a spectacular room with a massive tub in a separate room! Cute and cozy fireplace and a nice work space. I’ve never been so excited to return from my events to enjoy time solo. Staff were incredible. Thank you so much for the amazing upgrade, for lending me a charger and for storing my luggage. Swiss Hotel is close to so much in Ottawa; walking distance to Rideau Centre & Byward Market. I’ll be back for sure!"

"Clean room but sheets didn't look as clean I had to request for sheets. And we had to change the sheets ourselves."

"Location!"

"The construction didnt help but nothing was mentioned about 1. wifi access 2. new elevator system 3. room was ok .. shower older and toilet seat was broken.. we got into room late after going to casino so it was pointless telling everyone at 11 pm expensive for a property under construction"

"Great location. Good value. Clean room."

"Très bon restaurant"

"Staff were very friendly. Sheets, robes and towels were old and dingy. Bathroom was missing standard amenities. Would not stay again."

"Check-in and check-out process was seamless and quick! Very helpful staff and the room was comfortable. The hotel itself is in a great location downtown next to many restaurants and parking garages to make it an easy stay."

"Was a great experience especially the prison tour"
